WIKO® MS POLYMERS stand for modern adhesive and sealant technology: solvent- and isocyanate-free 1- and 2-component systems that cure under the influence of air or substrate moisture into permanently elastic, silane-crosslinked polyethers. This enables them to reliably compensate for temperature expansions, UV exposure, and vibrations – ensuring durable and secure bonds.
Thanks to their broad adhesion spectrum, the products adhere to metals, plastics, coated surfaces, and composite materials – often without the need for a primer. Their low-odor formulation meets strict occupational safety requirements and allows seamless wet-on-wet overpainting. Even in demanding environments, such as natural stone installations, WIKO® MS POLYMERS impress with strong initial tack and process reliability. As low-emission and versatile alternatives, they are increasingly gaining importance over conventional silicone and PU systems.
The range is divided into four clearly structured product families, offering the right solution for every application:
- WIKO® 2K BOOSTER: Two-component systems with an accelerator that react uniformly throughout the volume and develop strength in the shortest time – ideal for fast-paced production processes with short cycle times.
- WIKO® BONDING & SEALING: One-component standard adhesives with a wide range of applications – from automotive body construction to air-conditioning and ventilation systems.
- WIKO® HIGH TACK: Special adhesives with extreme initial grab, ensuring the secure fixing of even heavy loads – without additional mechanical fastening.
- WIKO® ACCESSORIES: Three specially developed primers that guarantee permanently stable adhesion even on challenging substrates.
