Collection and processing of personal data

By default, when you visit our website, our web servers store technical access data such as the like the complete IP address of the requesting computer or IP address of your Internet service provider, the host name of the accessing system, information about the web browser and operating system used, name of the requested file, the amount of data transferred, access status (file transferred, file not found, etc.), the website you were coming from to us, the websites you visit of us as well as date and time of the visit. GLUETEC sends out a newsletter every quarter by e-mail to inform about current product developments, offers and dates. Mandatory information for sending the newsletter is your e-mail address alone. To register for the newsletter via the registration form on our website, we use the so-called double opt-in procedure.   • which links in the e-mail were accessed by the person concerned

Sending the newsletter to existing customers

If you have provided us with your e-mail address when purchasing products, we reserve the right to send you regular offers for similar products, such as those already purchased, from our range by e-mail. For this we do not have to obtain separate consent from you in accordance with § 7 Abs. 3 UWG. In this respect, data processing takes place solely on the basis of our legitimate interest in personalized direct mail in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. If you initially objected to the use of your e-mail address for this purpose, we will not send you a mail.
