To meet these demands even more effectively, GLUETEC GROUP has invested in a new, fully automatic filling line for two-component adhesives at its production site in Częstochowa. New Capacity for 2K Adhesives
The new system is designed for filling various 2K systems, including:
- MMA adhesives
- PU adhesives
- Epoxy resins
- MS Polymer Booster
In addition, the line will be connected to our existing labelling machine. This ensures an efficient, continuous process and a high level of repeatability in production. Thanks to the new technology, up to 8,000 units per shift can be filled with the new fully automatic 2K filling line. This creates additional capacity for both ongoing and new projects.
Suitable Packaging Formats
The new filling line is currently designed for the following formats:
- 490 ml 10:1
- 400 ml 1:1
- 200 ml 2:1
- 200 ml 1:1
- 50 ml 1:1
- 50 ml 2:1
In addition, 400 ml 2:1 cartridges are also planned to be gradually transferred to the new line.
