🔹What material is the syringe made of?

The 2GLUE twin syringe is available in either polypropylene (PP) or polybutylene terephthalate (PBT). These material options offer maximum flexibility and enable optimal adaptation to different adhesive systems.

 

🔹Which adhesives can be filled in it?

The choice of material determines the area of application:

• The PBT syringe is ideal for MMA adhesives, such as our MULTI POWER series.
• The PP syringe is the perfect solution for epoxy resins, polyurethanes and other two-component adhesives.

 

In addition, the 2GLUE impresses with numerous details that make work easier:

The practical container sizes of 25 ml and 12.5 ml offer flexibility for different areas of application. The proven bayonet lock enables quick and secure connection to the GLUEMIX mixing nozzle and other bayonet mixers and ensures clean application.

 

The ventilation channels on the back of the container have been optimised to reduce the amount of air trapped inside as much as possible. This ensures that the user can handle the product evenly and cleanly when dispensing it. Thanks to the V-shaped recess on one side with a corresponding counterpart, the cap can only be replaced in the position from which it was removed. This reliably prevents cross-contamination of the two component chambers when the container is resealed. The special design also meets the highest safety standards: it prevents accidental opening – for example by children – and has been officially certified as child-resistant, while remaining comfortable and intuitive for adults to use.

 

The system is complemented by the standardised 1:1 mixing ratio, which ensures precise and consistent dosing of the components – for reliable results every time.
