Industrial adhesive technology is at a turning point. PURYX® ALL 200-10 provides the answer to this development. The new structural 1:1 two-component polyurea adhesive was developed in the GLUETEC laboratory in Würzburg, Germany, and is based on a patent-pending technology. It marks the entry into a new generation of user-friendly high-performance adhesives.

Under the new brand PURYX® “Pure Power. PURYX® Polyurea Adhesives.” PURYX® ALL 200-10 stands for Pure Power Bonding—structural bonding with maximum performance combined with significantly improved occupational safety.

 

Polyurea Reimagined – the Pure Alternative

PURYX® ALL 200-10 is a non-sagging polyurea structural adhesive with a very broad adhesion spectrum. It combines the structural strength of MMA systems with the controlled reactivity and low exotherm of PU adhesives—without their key disadvantages. The patent-pending technology is based on isocyanates that are not classified as carcinogenic. PURYX® ALL 200-10 is CMR-free, meaning non-carcinogenic, non-mutagenic and non-reprotoxic. As a result, the GHS08 hazard pictogram (“health hazard” / “exploding man”) is no longer required.

The result is a low-odour, low-label formulation that enables significantly improved working conditions—without the need for isocyanate training in accordance with EU 2020/1149. PURYX® ALL 200-10 therefore becomes the Pure Alternative to conventional PU and MMA systems, particularly where HSE requirements, compliance and user acceptance are decisive purchasing criteria.
