New packaging solution for anaerobics from GLUETEC

The new 50 ml accordion bottle has been available from GLUETEC since March 2022. Compared to the previous model, the design and handling in particular have been improved.

The new Swift Line 50 ml accordion bottle consists of a white bottle body with a transparent bellows and the new Swift Line cap with a transparent, continuously adjustable outlet including a sealing tab.

Thanks to its more angular shape, the bottle is much easier to grip. Neutral colors such as pure white and transparent were chosen for the new design. This makes it perfect for the private label sector and easy to adapt to the respective customers' corporate design. The soft, transparent bellows makes the color and fill level of the respective adhesive easy to see. Just like the previous model, the new bottle can also be emptied almost completely - not a single drop is wasted.

The new Swift Line cap impresses with its ease of use. By turning it continuously, the flow rate can be easily regulated and precisely dosed. The new sealing tab also guarantees the tightness and freshness of the adhesive. It must be removed once before first use.

This allows adhesives and sealants of any viscosity to be dispensed easily and precisely:

• Application with low-viscosity adhesives: adjust the dispensing quantity by turning the Swift Line cap.
  
• Application with high-viscosity adhesives: regulate the dispensing quantity by applying more or less pressure to the bellows.

WIKO, the company's own brand, will also be converted to the new Swift Line system, starting with anaerobic adhesives. Additional new Swift Line bottles for other types of adhesives are already being planned.
