With the courage to break new ground, GLUETEC develops and produces its own, high-performance recipes for demanding applications in industry, trade and commerce. As ADHESIVE EXPERTS We combine many years of experience in adhesive and sealant technology with modern research, application technology and a clear understanding of industrial processes.
Our in-house research and development department at the German location forms the basis for innovative product concepts, individual recipes and tailor-made solutions according to customer requirements. Many of our own developments have already been registered for patents - a sign of GLUETEC's high standards of innovation. We look at adhesives holistically: material, application, processing, containers, labeling, occupational safety and series production must work together optimally.
Individual recipes for special requirements
Each adhesive application has its own requirements in terms of strength, viscosity, temperature resistance, processing time, curing, adhesion and process reliability. GLUETEC analyzes these requirements together with the customer and uses them to develop suitable products - from optimizing existing recipes to completely new developments.
GLUETEC also finds or develops the right adhesive for special niche applications, demanding special solutions and highly specialized markets. Where standard products reach their limits, our strength begins: chemical know-how, technical advice and practical development from a single source.
From the idea to a solution ready for series production
As a full-service provider, GLUETEC supports customers along the entire value chain. Our expertise doesn’t end with the recipe. It also includes the selection of suitable containers, coordination with application processes and the implementation of private label, contract filling and series solutions.
This creates products that are technically, economically and regulatory tailored to the respective application.
