Extra strong, particularly fast, easy to use
BLOCK BOND® was developed for high resilience and efficient processes. The adhesive bond is resistant to urine and manure and impresses with its high strength during the treatment and healing process.

BLOCK BOND® was developed with professional users in mind. The innovative formula does not contain ingredients that are suspected to be carcinogenic and meets the relevant requirements and restrictions of the REACH regulation.
Another advantage: Mandatory user training in accordance with EU Regulation 2020/1149, often as “Isocyanate driving license” designated, omitted. BLOCK BOND® thus reduces effort in application, training and documentation - without compromising performance.

APPLICATION BLOCK BOND® CLAW GLUE
For strong claws and efficient treatments
Professional hoof care is crucial for animal welfare, mobility and performance of cattle. BLOCK BOND® supports professional users in providing targeted relief to healthy claws and implementing the treatment process efficiently. The stable, drip-free formula adheres reliably to sloping and vertical surfaces. Due to the high gap filling capacity, unevenness up to a gap size of approx. 6-10mm be balanced.

Accessories
For the application of BLOCK BOND®, BLOCK BOND® SEMI-FAST and BLOCK BOND® FAST you need the ones tested and approved by GLUETEC Cartridges and mixer systems. Only use the appropriate dispensing gun DPM200M_green, which was specially developed for the cartridge.
The use of others Mixing nozzles or dispensing guns is considered improper use and can damage the cartridge. This expressly does not constitute a reason for a complaint.
Please also note:
- BLOCK BOND® adhesives are sold exclusively to commercial users.
- Skin contact with the uncured Adhesive is to be avoided.
- Suitable protective clothing must be worn when using.
- The respective product information and safety data sheets must be observed.
Pretreatment
the claw
The healthy claw to be glued is professionally cut so that the adhesive surface is as flat as possible. Notching or roughening the surface can increase the adhesion of the adhesive to the claw.
Any defects can be removed by the adhesive up to a gap of approx. 6-10mm be filled out. The surface should be clean and dust-free - ideally dry, with maximum residual moisture, but never wet.
All work steps from applying the adhesive to pressing the block onto the claw must be completed within the respective processing time:
- BLOCK BOND®: approx. 15-20 seconds
- BLOCK BOND® SEMI-FAST: approx. 10-14 seconds
- BLOCK BOND® FAST: approx. 6-10 seconds
application of the
CLAW ADHESIVE
- Open the transparent screw cap of the cap by turning it a quarter to the left and remove it from the cartridge. Do not throw away the screw cap.
- Remove the green cap from the cartridge.
- Attach static mixing tube. Make sure the guide tabs are correctly aligned.
- Then place the transparent screw cap back over the mixing tube and close it by turning it a quarter clockwise until the cap audibly clicks into place.
- Squeeze out the adhesive quickly with a suitable 1:1 dispensing gun to fill the mixing tube.
- Discard approximately the amount of a mixing tube until a homogeneous mixture is created.
