With the courage to break new ground, GLUETEC develops and produces its own high-performance formulations for demanding applications in industry, skilled trades, and retail. As ADHESIVE EXPERTS, we combine many years of experience in adhesive and sealant technology with modern research, application engineering, and a clear understanding of industrial processes.
Our in-house research and development department at our German site forms the foundation for innovative product concepts, individual formulations, and customized solutions tailored to customer requirements. Many of our own developments have already been submitted for patent application – a sign of GLUETEC’s high standards of innovation. We take a holistic view of adhesives: material, application, processing, packaging, labeling, occupational safety, and suitability for series production must all work together optimally.
Individual formulations for special requirements
Every bonding application has its own requirements in terms of strength, viscosity, temperature resistance, processing time, curing, adhesion, and process reliability. GLUETEC analyzes these requirements together with the customer and develops suitable products based on them – from optimizing existing formulations to complete new developments.
GLUETEC also finds or develops the right adhesive for special niche applications, demanding custom solutions, and highly specialized markets. Where standard products reach their limits, our strength begins: chemical expertise, technical consulting, and practical development from a single source.
From the idea to a solution ready for series production
As a full-service provider, GLUETEC supports customers along the entire value chain. Our expertise does not end with the formulation. It also includes selecting suitable packaging, coordinating with application processes, and implementing private label, contract filling, and series production solutions.
This results in products that are technically, economically, and regulatorily aligned with the respective application.
