FILLING AND LABELING WITH STATE-OF-THE-ART EQUIPMENT
Precise contract filling requires trained specialists, careful planning, and high-performance machinery. GLUETEC has a modern machine park with semi-automatic and fully automatic systems for filling chemical-technical products and labeling various types of containers.
Our systems are designed for processing adhesives, sealants, and other chemical-technical products. This allows us to reliably handle both small, custom batches and large-scale production runs—tailored to the product, container, quantity, and customer requirements.
Process Reliability Through Monitoring and Quality Assurance
To ensure consistent filling quality, GLUETEC relies on defined processes, internal inspections, and technical monitoring. SPC software is used for statistical process control. It supports the monitoring of relevant production parameters and helps ensure that filling processes are efficient, stable, and traceable.
On selected systems, internal weight monitoring also ensures additional process reliability. This allows for the control of filling volumes, the reduction of deviations, and the maintenance of consistent quality throughout the ongoing production process.

1K Fully Automatic
This fully automatic filling system allows for the efficient filling of single-component cartridges. A particular advantage is the
SPC-controlled production process with internal weight monitoring.

- Viscosity range: 15 mPas to 2,800 mPas
- Adhesives suitable for filling: cyanoacrylates, anaerobic adhesives
- Clean and fast filling into designated container types

2K Semi-Automatic
The semi-automatic filling system is designed for filling two-component cartridges and supports flexible filling projects with varying requirements.
Features:
- Capacity: 1.5 million units per year in 3-shift operation
- Viscosity range: 100 mPas to stable/non-abrasive
Adhesives that can be filled:
- Epoxy resins
- Methyl methacrylates
- Polyurethanes, and many more (other systems available upon request)
- Container types: Universal use thanks to interchangeable cartridge holders
2K Fully Automatic Line 1
This fully automatic system enables the precise filling of two-component cartridges. Here, too, SPC-controlled production with internal weight monitoring ensures a high level of
process reliability.
Features:
- Maximum production efficiency for large-volume production
- Capacity: 4.2 million units/year in 3-shift operation
- Viscosity range: 100 mPas to stable/non-abrasive
Adhesives suitable for filling:
- Epoxy resins
- Methyl methacrylates
- Polyurethanes, and many more (other systems available upon request)
Container types:
- Versatile use thanks to interchangeable cartridge holders
- Batch printing on the cartridge and label is possible
- Cartridge crimping: Ensures safe air transport of the cartridges
- Vacuum-assisted plunger insertion for 200-ml cartridges (1:1 ratio) — extends shelf life and storage stability
2K Fully Automated Line 2
The second fully automated filling line for two-component adhesives is designed for filling and labeling the current 2K adhesive portfolio. It expands capacity for professional batch filling.

MANUAL AND AUTOMATED LABELING
Labeling machine
In addition to filling, GLUETEC also handles the labeling of containers. Our labeling machine ensures that labels are applied efficiently, neatly, and precisely. Depending on project requirements, both manual and automated labeling processes are possible.
