FILLING AND LABELING WITH MODERN PLANT TECHNOLOGY
Precise contract filling requires trained specialists, careful planning, and high-performance machinery. GLUETEC has a modern machine park with semi-automatic and fully automatic systems for the filling of chemical-technical products and the labeling of different types of containers.
Our systems are designed for processing adhesives, sealants, and other chemical-technical products. This allows both individual small series and large series to be implemented reliably – tailored to the product, container, quantity, and customer requirements.
Process reliability through control and quality assurance
To ensure reproducible filling quality, GLUETEC relies on defined processes, internal inspections, and technical monitoring. SPC software is used for statistical process control. It supports the monitoring of relevant production parameters and helps make filling processes efficient, stable, and traceable.
On selected systems, internal weight monitoring also provides additional process reliability. This makes it possible to control filling quantities, reduce deviations, and support consistent quality during the ongoing production process.

1K Fully Automatic Machine
With this fully automatic filling system, 1-component cartridges can be filled efficiently. A particular advantage lies in the
SPC-controlled production with internal weight monitoring.
Features:

- Viscosity range: 15 mPas to 2800 mPas

2K Semi-Automatic Machine
The semi-automatic filling system is designed for filling 2-component cartridges and supports flexible filling projects with varying requirements.

- Capacity: 1.5 million units/year in 3-shift operation
- Viscosity range: 100 mPas to non-sagging / non-abrasive
Fillable adhesives:
- Epoxy resins
- Methyl methacrylates
- Polyurethanes and much more (other systems on request)
- Container types: universal use thanks to interchangeable cartridge holders
2K Fully Automatic Machine Line 1
This fully automatic system enables the precise filling of 2-component cartridges. Here too, SPC-controlled production with internal weight monitoring supports a high level of
process reliability.
Features:
- Highest production efficiency for large series
- Capacity: 4.2 million units/year in 3-shift operation
- Viscosity range: 100 mPas to non-sagging / non-abrasive
Fillable adhesives:
- Epoxy resins
- Methyl methacrylates
- Polyurethanes and much more (other systems on request)
Container types:
- universal use thanks to interchangeable cartridge holders
- Batch printing on the cartridge and label possible
- Cartridge crimping: enables safe air transport of the cartridges
- Insertion of plungers under vacuum for 200 ml cartridges 1:1 - extending shelf life and storage stability
2K Fully Automatic Machine Line 2
The second fully automatic filling system for 2-component adhesives is designed for filling and labeling the current 2K adhesive portfolio. It expands capacities for professional series filling.

MANUAL AND AUTOMATED LABELING
Labeling machine
In addition to filling, GLUETEC also handles the labeling of containers. With our labeling machine, labels can be applied efficiently, cleanly, and precisely. Depending on project requirements, both manual and automated labeling processes are possible.
