HAVE SAFETY DATA SHEETS PROFESSIONALLY PREPARED
As part of our private label services, we offer professional, multilingual preparation of your safety data sheets. In doing so, we take into account the relevant national and international requirements as well as current developments regarding REACH, CLP, and product-specific regulations.
Together with a specialist consultant, we monitor regulatory changes and work to implement them in a timely manner. Should adjustments to formulations become necessary, we will, of course, inform you in a timely and transparent manner.
A prerequisite for creating private-label labels is that up-to-date safety data sheets, including the UFI code, are available for each product. For legal reasons, we cannot create labels without a customer-provided safety data sheet.
PRODUCT NOTIFICATIONS TO ECHA
The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) is responsible, among other things, for the registration, evaluation, and authorization of chemicals. For certain products, notifications, classifications, and labeling
are required—including a UFI code, if applicable.
GLUETEC supports you in managing these processes. This includes creating and maintaining relevant product information, submitting data to ECHA, and providing the corresponding safety data sheets.
