HAVE SAFETY DATA SHEETS PREPARED PROFESSIONALLY
As part of our private label service, we offer the professional and multilingual preparation of your safety data sheets. In doing so, we take into account the relevant national and international requirements as well as current developments in the area of REACH, CLP, and product-related regulations.
Together with a specialist advisor, we keep an eye on regulatory changes and work on timely implementation. Should adjustments to formulations become necessary, we will of course inform you at an early stage and transparently.
A prerequisite for creating labels in the private label sector is that up-to-date safety data sheets including UFI code are available for each product. For legal reasons, labels cannot be created without a customer-specific safety data sheet.
PRODUCT NOTIFICATIONS TO ECHA
The European Chemicals Agency ECHA is responsible, among other things, for the registration, evaluation, and authorization of chemicals. For certain products, notifications, classifications, and labeling
are required – possibly including a UFI code.
