What material is the syringe made of?

The 2GLUE dual syringe is optionally made of polypropylene (PP) or polybutylene terephthalate (PBT). These material variants offer maximum flexibility and enable optimal adaptation to different adhesive systems.

Which adhesives can be filled into it?

The choice of material determines the area of application:

•  The PBT syringe is ideally suited for MMA adhesives, such as our MULTI POWER series.

• The PP syringe is the perfect solution for epoxy resins, polyurethanes, and other two-component adhesives

The practical package sizes of 25 ml and 12.5 ml offer flexibility for different application areas. The proven bayonet closure enables a quick and secure connection with the GLUEMIX mixing nozzle as well as other bayonet mixers and ensures clean application.

In addition, by optimizing the ventilation channels located at the rear of the cartridge, the inevitably contained amount of air was reduced as much as possible. This ensures even and clean handling for the user during dispensing of the filling material.

Thanks to the one-sided V-shaped recess with matching counterpart, the closure cap can only be reattached in the same position in which it was removed. This reliably prevents cross-contamination of the two component chambers when resealing the container. The special design also meets the highest safety standards: it prevents unintentional opening – for example by children – and has therefore been officially certified as child-resistant, while still remaining convenient and intuitive for adults to use.

The system is complemented by the standardized 1:1 mixing ratio, which ensures precise and even dosing of the components – for reliable results with every application.
