The requirements for contract filling of adhesives are increasing: industrial customers today expect high process reliability, flexible packaging formats, consistent quality, and on-time execution. In order to meet these requirements even better, the GLUETEC GROUP has invested in a new, fully automatic filling line for 2-component adhesives at the production site in Częstochowa. With this expansion, we are strengthening our range of services for companies looking for a reliable partner for contract filling in the B2B environment.

New capacities for 2K adhesives

The new system is designed for filling various 2K systems. These include, among others:

• MMA adhesives
• PU adhesives
• Epoxy resins
• MS polymer booster

In addition, the line will be connected to our existing labeling machine. This ensures an efficient, continuous process and a high level of repeat accuracy in production. Thanks to the new technology, up to 8,000 units per shift can be filled with the new 2K fully automatic system. This creates additional capacity for ongoing and new projects.

Suitable packaging formats

The new filling line is currently designed for the following formats:

• 490 ml 10:1
• 400 ml 1:1
• 200 ml 2:1
• 200 ml 1:1
• 50 ml 1:1
• 50 ml 2:1

In addition, there are plans to gradually transfer 400 ml 2:1 cartridges to the new line as well.
