Precision nozzle and brush applicator in a single cap for controlled, clean, and flexible application
GLUETEC is expanding the range of applications for select WIKO® instant adhesives: The new 2-in-1 Brush-Cap combines a precision nozzle and a brush applicator in a single cap. The user selects the appropriate application method directly from the container—without changing tools, without an additional applicator, and without decanting. This noticeably increases the ease of use and flexibility of WIKO® SUPER GLUE products.
Precision Nozzle: Pinpoint Dosing
The integrated dispensing tip enables simple, fast, and precise adhesive application. Its applications include: fine adhesive dots, delicate components, precision assembly, as well as repair and maintenance—anywhere small amounts need to be placed with precision.
Brush applicator: even distribution
The fine plastic bristles distribute the adhesive in a controlled manner instead of letting it run off. This offers clear advantages on vertical bonding surfaces and when working overhead—positions that are difficult to control cleanly using a nozzle alone. Even on larger surfaces, the application remains even and clean.
Pin-in-Cap: Staying Ready for Use
The metal pin in the cap keeps the nozzle clear after each use and prevents clogging. This ensures the container remains reliably ready for use throughout its entire service life.
Compatible with select WIKO® instant adhesives
The 2-in-1 Brush-Cap is designed for use with selected WIKO® containers and cyanoacrylate products:
- Containers: oval bottles containing 10 g, 20 g, and 50 g
- Products: WIKO® SUPER GLUE 15 LL, SUPER GLUE 100 LL, SUPER GLUE 2500 LL
Products and samples are expected to be available starting the second week of September (Calendar Week 37).
Color Options for Your Product Line
The standard color is black. Upon request and subject to a minimum order quantity, other colors are available: transparent (whitish), blue, green, yellow, pink, red, and purple. This opens up possibilities for private-label projects, for distinguishing between different adhesive types in your product line, or for extending your brand’s color scheme right down to the individual component.

Does the 2-in-1 Brush-Cap fit all WIKO® instant adhesives?
No. The brush cap is designed for select container sizes and fits oval WIKO® bottles with 10 g, 20 g, and 50 g capacities. It is approved for use with WIKO® SUPER GLUE 15 LL, SUPER GLUE 100 LL, and SUPER GLUE 2500 LL.
When should I use the nozzle, and when should I use the brush?
The precision nozzle is ideal for easy, fast, and precise application of small amounts. The brush applicator is the right choice for controlled, even distribution—especially on larger surfaces, vertical bonding surfaces, and when working overhead.
Does the nozzle get clogged after use?
The integrated metal pin prevents this (pin-in-cap function). It keeps the nozzle opening clear after each use and keeps the container ready for use.
What material are the bristles made of?
The brush applicator features fine plastic bristles and is therefore designed for use with cyanoacrylate adhesives.
