We are pleased to inform you that the new high-temperature-silicones from WIKO® are now available. With an innovative, neutral-curing formulation based on pentanone oxime (free from butanone-2-oxime), these silicones set new standards in user-friendliness and occupational safety. These advanced sealants are low-odor and significantly less harmful to health, making them particularly attractive for various industrial applications. WIKO® HT SILICONE NEUTRAL is available in standard cartridges (80 ml and 310 ml) as well as automatic cartridges (100 ml and 200 ml) and is offered in black, red, gray, and transparent.

Properties and advantages

• No MEKO – free from butanone-2-oxime: Increases occupational safety through reduced health risks.
• Excellent adhesion: Excellent adhesion to metals, including non-ferrous metals, as well as other materials such as wood, rubber, and plastic.
• Very user-friendly: Low odor and no negative effects on users' health.
• Non-corrosive: Weather-, UV-, and aging-resistant, ideal for outdoor applications.
• Fast curing: Above-average speed in skin formation.
• High  Chemical resistance: Resistant to most chemical requirements in the automotive industry, including engine and transmission oils as well as refrigerants and antifreeze.
• High temperature resistance: Continuous temperature resistance from -40 to +250 °C, briefly up to +300 °C. 
• Particularly resistant to impacts and vibrations: max. movement absorption of 25%.
• High gap-filling capability: easy filling of even large joint gaps.
• Lower swelling: Lower material expansion compared to standard silicones.
