Our specially developed empty containers, the 2GLUE25 twin syringe and the 2GLUE50 twin cartridge, combine numerous advantages - from the practical container sizes and the secure piston holder for clean handling when dispensing the filling material, to the integrated holder for the GLUEMIX mixer, allowing the product to be processed without having to spend time searching for the product accessories.


The optimized GLUETEC 2GLUE25 twin syringe is now available in stores.

For a wide range of adhesive applications, container sizes with a minimum volume of 50 ml have become established; however, in many cases this exceeds the actual requirements of the end user’s small-scale application. The cost-effective intermediate sizes with a total volume of 25 ml and 12.5 ml therefore prevent over-purchasing and thus spoilage of the filling material in the reclosed container. In addition, the bayonet closure guarantees quick opening/reclosing and fast attachment/replacement of the mixing nozzles, since no safety elements need to be removed. The bayonet system is compatible with the cost-effective, low-loss, and optimally adapted GLUEMIX mixing outlet, but also fits a wide variety of other GLUETEC bayonet mixing outlets. Thanks to our many years of experience in handling two-component adhesives in a wide variety of containers made from different materials, we know that the materials PP and PBT represent an optimal packaging solution for the twin syringe. Accidental opening of the rear of the container or self-opening due to possible expansion of the filling material is prevented, or at least made significantly more difficult, by a piston lock located in the syringe body. This makes handling even safer for the end user. In addition, by optimizing the venting channels in the rear section of the container, the inevitably contained amount of air was reduced as much as possible. This ensures even and clean handling for the user when applying the adhesive. Due to the one-sided V-shaped recess with a corresponding counterpart, the cap can only be put back on in the position in which it was removed. This prevents mutual contamination of the two component chambers when reclosing the package. The special design of the recess also prevents accidental opening (e.g. by children). To make pressing out the double syringe easier, the contact surfaces on the syringe and piston were enlarged. For optimal presentation of the overall system, a GLUEMIX mixer can be attached to the syringe in a specially adapted recess.
