Our specially developed 2GLUE25 twin syringe combines numerous advantages – from the practical pack sizes of 25 ml and 12.5 ml, the secure plunger retention for clean handling during dispensing of the filling material, to the integrated holder for the GLUEMIX mixer, enabling the product to be processed without having to search долго for product accessories.

In a wide range of adhesive applications, pack sizes with a minimum volume of 50 ml have become established, although in many cases this exceeds the actual needs of the end user's small-scale application. Thus, the economical intermediate sizes of 25 ml and 12.5 ml total volume prevent overbuying and the subsequent spoilage of the filling material in the resealed container.

In addition, the bayonet closure guarantees quick opening/resealing as well as fast attachment/replacement of mixing nozzles, since no locking elements need to be removed. The bayonet system is compatible with the low-cost, low-loss, and optimally adapted GLUEMIX mixing nozzle, but also fits a wide variety of other GLUETEC bayonet mixing nozzles.

Thanks to our many years of experience in handling two-component adhesives in a wide variety of containers made from different materials, we know that the materials PP and PBT represent the optimal packaging solution for these twin syringes.

Accidental opening of the container from the rear or self-opening due to possible expansion of the filling material is prevented or made significantly more difficult by plunger retention located in the syringe body. This makes handling even safer for the end user.

By optimizing the ventilation channels located at the rear of the container, the inevitably enclosed amount of air has also been reduced as much as possible. This ensures even and clean handling for the user during dispensing of the filling material.

Thanks to the one-sided V-shaped recess with a corresponding counterpart, the sealing cap can only be put back on in the position in which it was removed. This prevents cross-contamination of the two component chambers when resealing the container. The special design of the recess also prevents accidental opening (e.g. by children).

To make pressing out the twin syringe easier, the contact surfaces on the syringe and plunger were enlarged. A GLUEMIX mixer can be attached to the syringe in an especially adapted recess in order to present the overall system optimally.
