Precise application thanks to an innovative spray pattern

A crucial factor for clean bonding results is the application. WIKO® SPRAYBOND HT uses a special spiderweb-like spray pattern. Unlike conventional spray mist, this structure enables controlled, even application.

This is particularly effective with porous materials or textiles, preventing the adhesive from penetrating deeply into the material. The result is a clean surface and reproducible bond quality – ideal for large-area laminations and sensitive components.

Performance without compromise

Thanks to a high solids and rubber content, the adhesive achieves immediate, extremely strong initial tack. However, its true strength lies in its durability:

Temperature resistance: With an operating range of -40 °C to +140 °C, it is ideally suited for applications in automotive manufacturing (e.g. headliners) or in the field of technical insulation.
