WIKO silicones and WIKO MS polymers in automatic cartridges are filled with compressed air instead of propellant gas as standard in order to protect our environment. For our private label customers, we are also happy to offer both variants for their own brands in order to find the solution that suits you. Our customized automatic cartridges in 200 ml and 100 ml versions offer numerous advantages that help you optimize your work processes.

Individual customization of your automatic cartridge

To meet the specific requirements of your company, we offer you the option of customizing your automatic cartridge individually. You can choose between two different spray heads and propellants:

• Spray head "LinRoc I":
   This spray head is characterized by maximum robustness, a minimalist design, and a sturdy metal lever. Ideal for applications where durability and reliability are the top priorities.
• Spray head "LinRoc II":
   For users who prefer a lightweight and easy-to-handle tool, the "LinRoc II" spray head is an excellent choice. Thanks to its weight-reduced design and plastic lever, it fits perfectly in the hand and enables precise work.

Selection of the propellant

Depending on your requirements, you can choose between two propellants:

• Compressed air:
   This option does not require labeling and is non-flammable, making it particularly safe to use.
• Propellant gas:
   For increased storage stability, propellant gas may be the preferred choice. This option offers excellent long-term stability for adhesives and sealants.
