BeesProject: 100,000 New, Hardworking Employees at WIKO
Buzz, buzz, buzz… There’s news about the BeesProject at WIKO in Częstochowa, Poland: In August, the first beehives—home to around 100,000 hardworking bees—were moved to the WIKO flower meadow, and they’ve been busily collecting honey ever since. There’s a buzz in every corner. A bee lives for about 40 days and produces one teaspoon of honey in its entire lifetime.
As the first step in this project, a flower meadow for bees has already been created at WIKO Klebetechnik. As a company that recognizes the importance and role of bees in our ecosystem, we want to actively contribute to the protection of bees and provide them with sufficient food through flowering meadows.
We’d like to encourage you to create flower meadows for bees in your green spaces as well. Let’s save the bees together!
