Thanks to its compact dimensions, practical features, and high material compatibility, it is the ideal solution for manual bonding applications without the need for an additional dispensing gun—whether in manufacturing, Maintenance, or the DIY sector.
The 2GLUE Twin syringe is available in either polypropylene PP or polybutylene terephthalate (PBT). These material options offer maximum flexibility and allow for optimal adaptation to various adhesive systems.
The choice of material determines the application:
The PBT syringe is ideal for MMA adhesives, such as our MULTI POWER series.
The PP syringe is the perfect solution for Epoxy Resins, Polyurethanes, and other two-component Adhesives.
The practical container sizes of 25 ml and 12.5 ml offer flexibility for a variety of applications. The proven bayonet cap enables a quick and secure connection to the GLUEMIX mixing tip as well as other bayonet mixing tips and ensures clean application.
Furthermore, by optimizing the vent channels located at the back of the packaging, the inevitable amount of trapped air has been minimized as much as possible. This ensures the user can handle the product evenly and cleanly during dispensing.
Thanks to the V-shaped recess on one side and its corresponding counterpart, the cap can only be replaced in the exact position from which it was removed. This reliably prevents cross-contamination between the two component chambers when the packaging is resealed. The special design also meets the highest safety standards: It prevents accidental opening—for example, by children—and has been officially certified as child-resistant for this purpose, while remaining comfortable and intuitive for adults to use.
The system is complemented by the standardized 1:1 mixing ratio, which ensures precise and consistent dosing of the components—for reliable results with every application.
