Investing in the Future of Contract Filling: GLUETEC GROUP Expands Its Machinery Fleet for Two-component Adhesives

The demands on contract filling of adhesives are increasing: Industrial customers today expect high process reliability, flexible container formats, consistent quality, and on-time delivery. To better meet these demands, the GLUETEC GROUP has invested in a new, fully automated filling line for two-component adhesives at its production site in Częstochowa. With this expansion, we are strengthening our service offering for companies seeking a reliable partner for contract filling in the B2B sector.

New Capacity for Two-component Adhesives

The new facility is designed for the filling of various 2C systems. These include, among others:

MMA adhesives
PU adhesives
Epoxy Resins
MS polymer boosters

In addition, the line will be integrated with our existing labeling machine. This ensures an efficient, seamless process and high repeatability in production. Thanks to the new technology, up to 8,000 units per shift can be filled using the new fully automatic 2C filling machine. This allows us to create additional capacity for ongoing and new projects.

Suitable Container Sizes

The new filling line is currently designed for the following formats:

490 ml 10:1
400 ml 1:1
200 ml 2:1
200 ml 1:1
50 ml 1:1
50 ml 2:1

In addition, there are plans to gradually transition 400 ml 2:1 cartridges to the new line as well.
