The new WIKO® REPAIR USER FRIENDLY adhesives impress with an innovative 2-component polyurethane that, on the one hand, creates particularly strong bonds and at the same time is very user-friendly and low in labeling requirements. Extensive GLUETEC laboratory tests prove this high-strength bond of the PVC components through substrate failure. This means WIKO® REPAIR UF is so strong that the component itself is more likely to break, while the adhesive bond withstands the greatest forces. No other comparable adhesive was able to achieve the same result in this GLUETEC extreme test! This makes WIKO® REPAIR UF the ultra-strong solution for cosmetic bonding of a wide variety of plastics as well as metals.

The latest generation of WIKO® REPAIR adhesives in the 30-second, 90-second and 300-second processing time variants is specially tailored to the diverse applications in vehicle construction and repair of body parts such as spoilers, valances and bumpers. The black color delivers visually sophisticated results for bonds in both exterior and interior areas. The new, user-friendly formulation also ensures easy moldability of the material during the pot life.

Thanks to the innovative design with additional mixing elements, the new GLUEMIX mixer is 25% shorter than other comparable mixers. As a result, significantly less material is lost with every application and every mixer change – around 30% waste of high-quality adhesive can be saved. A calculation that pays off from the very first cartridge! The new holders also enable better handling when changing the mixer. All GLUEMIX mixers are suitable for the following mixing ratios: 1:1, 2:1, 4:1, and 10:1.
