WELDYX MASTER WHITE is a high-performance adhesive developed for structural bonding of metals, composites, and plastics. The 2-component methyl methacrylate adhesive with a mixing ratio of 10:1 is available with processing times of 5, 10, and 15 minutes. With WELDYX MASTER WHITE, structural, high-strength, yet flexible and highly durable bonds are possible.
Its product properties are specifically tailored to the requirements of industrial applications. These properties were also confirmed by a product analysis conducted by Instytut Kolenjnictwa, Warsaw. Through testing in accordance with DIN EN 45545-2/R1 and compliance with fire protection level HAZARD LEVEL HL 3, WELDYX MASTER 10 WHITE meets the requirements for railway vehicles with a high hazard classification.
Thanks to its flexibility, materials with different coefficients of thermal expansion can also be structurally bonded. By comparison, WELDYX MASTER WHITE stands out with lower shrinkage behavior and two reaction times that enable the user to carry out precise bonding within the desired time window. The use of primers is not necessary - saving time and money.
