WELDYX PROFESSIONAL BLACK is a high-performance adhesive developed for structural bonding of metals, composites, and plastics, and is available with processing times of 5 and 15 minutes. The 2-component methyl methacrylate adhesive with a mixing ratio of 10:1 is suitable for strong, flexible, and highly durable bonds.
The product properties have been tailored to the application areas of rail, truck, marine, and transport. Through testing in accordance with DIN EN 45545-2/R1 and compliance with fire protection level HAZARD LEVEL HL 3, WELDYX PROFESSIONAL BLACK meets the requirements for railway vehicles with a high hazard classification. The ISEGA DECLARATION OF NO OBJECTION certification confirms that WELDYX PROFESSIONAL BLACK can be safely used for bonding plastic and metal components that are used in food-related areas. Thanks to its flexibility, materials with different coefficients of thermal expansion can also be structurally bonded. The use of primers is not necessary - saving time and money.
