WIKO® SUPER GLUE AKTIVATOR accelerates the curing of Cyanacrylate adhesives and ensures consistently excellent bonding results.
Its use is necessary under suboptimal environmental conditions, such as cold temperatures, low humidity, and thick adhesive layers. Pretreatment with the adhesive activator is also recommended when bonding highly absorbent and porous surfaces, as well as inert materials.
Pre-treatment with the activator causes the adhesive to cure significantly faster. The time required to reach hand-tight strength is reduced by approximately 20–120 seconds, depending on the adhesive selected, the gap width, and room temperature.
In addition, the activator is used even after bonding to immediately cure adhesive that has accidentally or unintentionally dripped onto surfaces, making it easy to remove.
