Polyurea Reimagined—The Pure Alternative
PURYX® ALL 200-10 is a non-sag polyurea structural adhesive with a very broad adhesion range. It combines the structural performance of MMA systems with the controlled reactivity and low exothermicity of PU adhesives—without their key drawbacks. The patent-pending technology is based on isocyanates that are NOT classified as carcinogenic. PURYX® ALL 200-10 is CMR-free—meaning it is not carcinogenic, not mutagenic, and not toxic to reproduction. This also eliminates the need for the GHS08 hazard pictogram (“Health Hazard” / “exploding man”). The result is a low-odor, low-labeling formulation that enables significantly improved working conditions—without the need for an isocyanate license under EU Regulation 2020/1149. PURYX® ALL 200-10 thus becomes the pure alternative to traditional PU and MMA systems, particularly where HSE, compliance, and user acceptance are key purchasing factors.
