PURYX® ALL 200-10 is a patent-pending, structural 1:1 two-component polyurea Adhesive for demanding industrial bonding applications. The formulation combines high structural strength with elasticity, as well as controlled reactivity and low exothermicity.
The technology used is based on isocyanates that are not classified as carcinogenic. PURYX® ALL 200-10 is CMR-free (not carcinogenic, not mutagenic, not toxic to reproduction), GHS08-free, and does not require isocyanate training in accordance with EU Regulation 2020/1149. This significantly improves workplace safety, HSE compliance, and user acceptance.
The adhesive offers a very broad adhesion range on metals, plastics, composites/glass-fibre-reinforced plastic (GRP), wood, and mineral substrates. PURYX® ALL 200 adhesives adhere to numerous materials such as plastics, metals, and composites without the need for Primer treatment, which simplifies processes and reduces costs. The non-sag, pasty consistency allows for precise application, even in vertical and overhead applications. With an open time of approximately 10 minutes and a fixture time of approximately 23 minutes, reliable processing is ensured in assembly and mass production processes.
PURYX® ALL 200-10 is oil- and UV-resistant, suitable for indoor and outdoor applications, and can be sanded and painted over. The color-stable surface prevents visible seams—even on thin plastic components.
