PURYX® ALL 200-10 is a patent-pending, structural 1:1 two-component polyurea adhesive for demanding industrial bonding. The formulation combines high structural strength with elasticity as well as controlled reactivity and low exotherm.
The technology used is based on isocyanates that are not classified as carcinogenic. PURYX® ALL 200-10 is CMR-free (non-carcinogenic, non-mutagenic, non-reproductive toxic), GHS08-free and does not require isocyanate training according to EU Regulation 2020/1149. This significantly improves occupational safety, HSE compliance and user acceptance.
The adhesive offers a very wide range of adhesion to metals, plastics, composites/GRP, wood and mineral substrates. The PURYX® ALL 200 adhesives adhere to numerous materials such as plastics, metals and composites without primer treatment, which simplifies processes and reduces costs. The stable, pasty consistency enables precise application even for vertical and overhead applications. With approx. 10 minutes open time and approx. 23 minutes fixing time, reliable processing in assembly and series processes is guaranteed.
PURYX® ALL 200-10 is oil and UV resistant, suitable for indoor and outdoor applications and can be sanded and painted. The color-stable surface prevents seam markings - even on thin plastic components.
