WELDYX MASTER BLACK is a high-performance adhesive based on methyl methacrylate for structural, semi-flexible, and highly durable bonding of metals, composites, and plastics. The 2-component adhesive with a mixing ratio of 10:1 is available with processing times of 5, 15, and 30 minutes.
Its product properties are specifically tailored to the requirements of industrial applications. These properties were also confirmed by a product analysis by Instytut Kolenjnictwa, Warsaw. Through testing in accordance with DIN EN 45545-2/R1 and compliance with the fire protection level HAZARD LEVEL HL 3, WELDYX MASTER 15 BLACK meets the requirements for rail vehicles with a high hazard classification.
Thanks to its flexibility, materials with different coefficients of thermal expansion can also be structurally bonded. Compared to other adhesives, WELDYX MASTER BLACK stands out with lower shrinkage behavior. The use of primers is not necessary - saving time and money.
