WELDYX MASTER BLACK is a high-performance methyl methacrylate-based adhesive for structural, semi-flexible, and highly durable bonds of metals, composites, and plastics. This two-component adhesive, with a Mixing ratio of 10:1, is available with Processing Times of 5, 15, and 30 minutes.
Its product properties are specifically tailored to the requirements of industrial applications. These properties have also been confirmed by a product analysis conducted by the Instytut Kolenjnictwa in Warsaw. Through testing in accordance with DIN EN 45545-2/R1 and compliance with fire safety level HAZARD LEVEL HL 3, WELDYX MASTER 15 BLACK meets the specifications for rail vehicles with a high hazard class.
Thanks to its flexibility, it can structurally bond materials with different coefficients of thermal expansion. Compared to other adhesives, WELDYX MASTER BLACK stands out for its lower shrinkage. The use of Primers is not necessary—saving both time and money.
