WELDYX MASTER BLACK is a high-performance adhesive based on methyl methacrylate for structural, semi-flexible and highly resistant bonds of metals, composites and plastics. The 2-component adhesive with a mixing ratio of 10:1 is available with processing times of 5, 15 and 30 minutes.
Its product properties are specifically tailored to the requirements of industrial applications. These properties were also confirmed by a product analysis by the Instytut Kolenjnictwa, Warsaw. By testing according to DIN EN 45545-2/R1 and meeting the fire protection level HAZARD LEVEL HL 3, WELDYX MASTER 15 BLACK meets the requirements for rail vehicles with a high hazard class.
Due to its flexibility, materials with different thermal expansion coefficients can also be structurally bonded. Compared to other adhesives, WELDYX MASTER BLACK scores with lower shrinkage behavior. The use of primers is not necessary - this saves time and money.
