WELDYX MASTER WHITE is a high-performance adhesive developed for structural bonding of metals, composites and plastics. The 2-component methyl methacrylate adhesive in a mixing ratio of 10:1 is available with processing times of 5 and 15 minutes. With WELDYX MASTER WHITE, structural, high-strength and at the same time flexible and highly resistant bonds are possible.
Its product properties are specifically tailored to the requirements of industrial applications. These properties were also confirmed by a product analysis by the Instytut Kolenjnictwa, Warsaw. By testing according to DIN EN 45545-2/R1 and meeting the fire protection level HAZARD LEVEL HL 3, WELDYX MASTER 15 WHITE meets the requirements for rail vehicles with a high hazard class.
Due to its flexibility, materials with different thermal expansion coefficients can also be structurally bonded. In comparison, WELDYX MASTER WHITE scores with lower shrinkage behavior and two reaction times, which enable the user to make precise bonds within the desired time window. The use of primers is not necessary - this saves time and money.
