PURYX® ALL 200-10 is a patent-pending, structural 1:1 two-component polyurea adhesive for demanding industrial bonding applications. The formulation combines high structural strength with elasticity, controlled reactivity and low exotherm.
The underlying technology is based on isocyanates that are not classified as carcinogenic. PURYX® ALL 200-10 is CMR-free (non-carcinogenic, non-mutagenic, non-reprotoxic), GHS08-free and does not require isocyanate training in accordance with EU Regulation 2020/1149. This results in significantly improved occupational safety, HSE compliance and user acceptance.
The adhesive offers a very broad adhesion spectrum on metals, plastics, composites/GRP, wood and mineral substrates. PURYX® ALL 200 adhesives bond reliably to numerous materials such as plastics, metals and composite materials without the need for primer pre-treatment, simplifying processes and reducing costs. The non-sagging, paste-like consistency enables precise application, even on vertical and overhead surfaces. With an open time of approx. 10 minutes and a fixing time of approx. 23 minutes, process-reliable handling in assembly and series production is ensured.
PURYX® ALL 200-10 is oil- and UV-resistant, suitable for indoor and outdoor applications, and can be sanded and painted. The colour-stable surface prevents joint read-through, even on thin plastic components.
Applications:
Structural bonding in automotive and vehicle construction, mechanical engineering, construction and furniture industries, caravan and motorhome manufacturing, as well as marine, electronics and medical technology.
