Product information "ALL 200-10"
The adhesives in the PURYX® ALL 200 series are high-performance, two-component polyurea adhesives. Based on GLUETEC's patent-pending technology, they were developed for high-strength yet elastic bonding on almost all surfaces. As universal adhesives, they minimise odour and toxicity. Unlike conventional 2K PU adhesives, these adhesives are not classified as "probably carcinogenic", which makes them easier to process and increases occupational safety.
The optimised time windows between fixing time and assembly strength make them ideal for automated processes. Their paste-like consistency allows for vertical and overhead applications. In addition, the adhesives have high gap-filling capacity, low shrinkage and cure completely without leaving any sticky residues.
PURYX® ALL 200 adhesives adhere to numerous materials such as plastics, metals and composites without the need for primer treatment.
