No-mix system

The No-Mix system is an advanced adhesive technology. Translated from English, no-mix means don't mix. This system is also called the hardener varnish process. The adhesive is therefore not mixed before joining.

The two components of hardener varnish and resin are applied separately to each part to be joined and only after joining does the reaction and curing begin.

The advantage of this joining technique is that after applying (e.g. spraying or brushing) the hardener varnish and a short flash-off phase, the part to be joined can be bonded without reducing its reactivity, e.g. T. remains stable in storage for several weeks.
