No-mix system
The no-mix system is an advanced adhesive technology. Translated from English, no-mix means do not mix. This system is also known as the hardener lacquer process. The adhesive is not mixed before joining.
The two components, hardener lacquer and resin, are applied separately to each part to be joined and the reaction and hardening only begins after joining.
The advantage of this joining technique is that after application (e.g. spraying or brushing) of the hardener lacquer and a short flash-off phase, the part to be joined remains stable in storage, sometimes for several weeks, without any reduction in reactivity.
