Material properties

Material property refers to the properties of the materials (joining part or adhesive). Their physical and chemical properties determine their use and behaviour in various applications. Among other things, these properties provide information about the material's strength, hardness, elasticity, breaking strength, corrosion resistance and electrical conductivity.

Adhesives must be precisely adapted to material properties of the parts to be joined in order to achieve an optimal bond.
